Join the Movement for Strongsville Schools!

Our students deserve facilities that match their potential, and we need your help to spread the word about Issue 5. We are looking for passionate community members to join our canvassing team and help hang door hangers throughout the city. Whether you have an hour or an entire afternoon, your voice makes a difference in ensuring our schools stay strong.

Join us for an Open House Informational Session to get the facts on the bond issue, pick up your materials, and ask any questions. You will receive a walking map, door hangers and instructions on how to use the caraVAN app to track your progress. You can cover your walking map anytime over April 25 & 26 and May 2 & 3. Unable to make the Open House but still want to canvas? Follow these three steps:

1. Fill out this Google Form: let us know you're interested. You'll be asked to provide your name, email and select an area you want to canvas. If you don't have a specific area in mind, we'll assign one to you.
2. Look for an email from VoteYes4SCS@gmail.com: It will have a hyphenated map number and detailed instructions on how to get set up and get started. You can view the instructions by clicking here.

WAYS YOU CAN HELP
Educate

Educate yourself on Issue 5 and why it will benefit every Strongsville citizen.

Talk with your friends and neighbors about Issue 5 and why they should vote for it.

Host a Board Member or Administrator to educate your network about Issue 5.
Donate

For Strongsville is NOT funded by Strongsville City Schools. We are a group of Strongsville citizens who campaign for the passage of Operating Levys and Bond Issues.

We rely on private donations to fund yard signs, mailers and other communications to the community.
Communicate

Use your social network to share accurate information about Issue 5. School funding can be complex and confusing to many voters.

Volunteer to assist the campaign to deliver yard signs, distribute literature, and hold a sign at polling locations on voting day.
